  1. Appointment Policy:

We encourage clients to conveniently book appointments through our Fresha booking system to ensure availability.

  1. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

Please provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations made through our Fresha booking system.

Changes or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 25% fee based on the service price.

Clients who do not show up for their appointments will be charged 45% of the service price.

  1. Late Arrivals:

To ensure you receive your full service, kindly arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result to being refused service and rescheduled for the next available time slot. We provide a grace period of 30 minutes, any appointments not honored within 30 minutes of the scheduled time will be marked as a no-show.

  1. Service Guarantee:

We are committed to delivering exceptional service and ensuring your satisfaction. If you have any concerns about our services, please inform us within 48 hours from time of visit so that our experienced nail technician may inspect and promptly address and rectify the issue. Returning for a complimentary fix allows our skilled nail technicians to correct any concerns.

While we are dedicated to providing free repairs to rectify any service-related concerns, please understand that refunds are not offered as part of our policy. Your understanding and trust in our commitment to delivering high-quality nail care services are greatly appreciated.

  1. Dissatisfaction with Results:

We offer free fixing as mentioned above or a new set at no cost. If you prefer not to proceed with complimentary visit, you will receive a proportion of refund from the treatment cost, net a deduction for materials, and running fees.

  1. Health and Safety:

Clients must disclose any health conditions, allergies, or sensitivities to the salon before receiving services. The salon reserves the right to refuse service if there is any risk to the client’s health or safety.

  1. Hygiene and Sanitation:

Our salon strictly adheres to hygiene and sanitation practices to maintain a clean and safe environment for all clients.

  1. Pricing and Payment:

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Payment is due at the time of service, and we accept cash and card payments.

  1. Gift Vouchers:

Vouchers are non-refundable and must be presented before the expiry date at the time of service.

  1. Children Policy:

To ensure safety and a tranquil atmosphere for all clients, we kindly request that children under the age of 12 do not accompany clients unless they are receiving services.

  1. Data Protection:

Client information remains confidential and is solely used for salon-related communications, adhering to data protection laws.

  1. Lost or Damaged Items:

The salon is not liable for any lost or damaged personal belongings.

  1. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be informed of any changes through our website.

  1. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.
